Sustainability Report 2024

We are pleased to announce that our 2024 Sustainability Report has now been finalized, fully compliant with the ESRS—the most up-to-date and rigorous European standards required under the CSRD regulatory framework.
The Report is the result of the joint work of the Sustainability Committee and the internal team designated by Management, with the technical support of a consultancy firm specialized in the field. To ensure the accuracy of the reporting process, the document will be submitted for certification by an auditor specifically appointed for this purpose.

This report marks the start of a structured process to place sustainability at the core of our business model, creating a solid basis for long-term continuity and ensuring responsible and transparent development for the Company.

The reasons behind this choice are:

• Anticipating regulations and proactively adapting to upcoming European regulatory developments;
• Responding to market demands, which increasingly call for a supply chain aligned with the positive principles of sustainability;
• Identifying impacts, risks, and opportunities, so as to guide strategies and investments with full awareness.
