ESG Commitment

We share a sustainable vision rooted in responsibility, innovation and integrity

Our pillars for sustainable value creation

Optimize resources

We strive to reduce material and energy waste through continuous improvement, lean processes and smart resource management. Our goal is to increase plant efficiency by modernizing infrastructure and eliminating obsolete equipment.

Reduce environmental impact

We actively work to lower our carbon footprint by improving energy efficiency and installing photovoltaic systems. Today, 12% of our energy comes from renewable self-production, and all electricity used is certified 100% green.

Respect of human beings

People are at the heart of our company. We promote dignity, inclusiveness and respect, while ensuring decent working conditions and fostering a collaborative, transparent environment.

Good Health and Well-being

We protect the health and safety of our workforce through certified systems and proactive measures. All Cattini plants are ISO 45001 certified, and continuous monitoring is part of daily operations.

Long life learning

We believe in lifelong learning. Each year, we invest in technical, safety and managerial training programs, with a target of 16 hours per person by 2026.

High moral integrity

Integrity is a non-negotiable value. Our corporate conduct is guided by a clear Code of Ethics and a whistleblowing procedure, ensuring responsibility and compliance at every level.

Transparency with all stakeholders

We maintain open, honest and traceable relationships with all stakeholders. ESG criteria are embedded in our decision-making, and sustainability data is disclosed through dedicated reports and global initiatives.

Global compact priciples

Cattini & Figlio stands by the United Nations Global Compact, integrating its universal principles into our industrial strategy. Our ESG approach is grounded in action, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Environment

We actively address environmental challenges by optimizing resources and advancing energy responsibility. Our initiatives include certified green electricity, the expansion of photovoltaic energy, and lean technologies that reduce emissions while increasing efficiency.

Social

We advocate for safe and fair working environments, council basic labour rights, and support lifelong learning. Our ISO 45001-certified plants and planned 16+ training hours per employee per year underscore our commitment to well-being and professional growth.

Governance

Integrity and transparency guide every decision. We uphold a strong Code of Ethics, operational whistleblowing procedures, and hold the Italian Legal Rating. Our supply chain is governed by ESG criteria and will be fully mapped and assessed by 2025.
